Playwork & Every Child Matters

She explores the challenges of playwork being increasingly located in settings and environments that do not chime with the professionally desired principle of ‘freely chosen, personally directed, intrinsically motivated play’, suggesting nevertheless that there are positive opportunities for playwork and for children.
