Douglas Martin BA, MA (Policy Studies) is currently a full-time PhD Centennial student at Leeds Metropolitan University researching Extended Services and ECM.

He is a previous lead officer on Every Child Matters developments for Leeds City Council, and also supported the development of ECM nationally via secondment to DCSF.
