Fiona Hutchinson

Maternity Care & Every Child Matters

Fiona Hutchinson RN, RM, MSc (Health and Social Research), PGCEA, is a Senior Lecturer in Nursing and Midwifery at Northumbria University, where she teaches on courses ranging from pre-registration through to masters level.

Her nursing background is in neonatal intensive care and she is Course Leader for the Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Course, She has an interest in the concept of evidence-based practice, and her research and professional interests are practice development.
